Hi all! I'm new to this site. My husband has KS and we are thinking about trying to get pregnant in the not to distant future, so I'm trying to do a little research.

For those men with kids, what treatments worked and how long did you have to take them before they started to work?

My husband seems to think it will happen right away. I'm a little more concerned/realistic in thinking that it could be months before he starts producing sperm, and then several more months before actually getting pregnant.

Any experiences and success stories would be greatly appreciated!
