It discusses Kallmann's syndrome regularly, and Chapter 19 is on the stimulation of spermatogenesis. It discusses in depth the hCG/hMG strategy. It looks rather helpful, and I've ordered a copy in the hopes of educating my endocrinologist.

Anybody have any experience or feedback on this book?
