Kallmann Syndrome Meeting. London, May 15th 2010.
There is a UK Kallmann syndrome meeting planned for May 15th 2010.
The venue will be the Shelia Sherlock Education Centre, Royal Free Hospital, Hampstead, London.
The meeting will run from 11am to 5pm.
There will be 3 guest speakers comprising of two KS specialists and a clinical psychologist:
Prof. Pierre-Marc Bouloux, Royal Free Hospital, London.
Dr. Richard Quinton, Royal Victoria Hospital, Newcastle.
Dr. Paul Chadwick, University College London.
Topics for discussion will inculde fertility treatments, hormone replacement therapies, Vitamin D / Osteoporosis as well as question and answer sessions with the three experts.
There will also be time to meet and talk to other people with KS.
A buffet lunch will be provided.
The meeting is designed as a chance for people to meet with experts and to be able to talk to fellow patients in a relaxed environment.
