Can KS or HH be passed on thorugh the generations ?
The quick answer is yes, both KS and HH can be passed down subsequent generations.
The difficulty is that there is no easy prediction to the percentage risk of this happening. Unlike certain other genetic conditions KS and HH are thought to arise from a combination of two separate gene defects working in combination.
With some genetic conditions doctors can give you a precentage chance of passing the condition on, normally 0%, 25% or 50%. However this is not normally possible with KS or HH.
